This policy describes how Idea Fridge Media, Inc. (“Ideafridge,” “we,” or “us”), based in British Columbia, Canada, handles personal information in connection with ideafridge.com and inquiries about our services.
Ideafridge develops short videos and supporting content for B2B sales teams. This policy covers the public website and related business correspondence. A client engagement may have additional privacy and confidentiality terms in a written agreement.
Information we receive
Information you provide. Our inquiry form asks for your name, work email address, and company. You may also send a message about your audience or needs. We receive any additional information you choose to include in subsequent correspondence.
Technical information. Website hosting and spam protection involve technical data, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request details. The form also submits a verification token and a request identifier to help process and protect submissions. GitHub Pages, our website host, logs visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes.
Please do not use the inquiry form to send passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential customer data. You do not need to provide information about individual buyers or employees to discuss a pilot.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your needs, discuss a possible engagement, and keep track of the resulting correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, spam prevention, and troubleshooting.
Submitting an inquiry requests a response about your interest in Ideafridge. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If a different use of your information requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, that requirement applies separately.
Service providers and sharing
The website uses the following services:
- GitHub Pages hosts the website. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
- Supabase receives and stores inquiry submissions. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated or abusive form submissions and processes technical information for that purpose. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Information submitted through the form is available to the people operating Ideafridge’s inquiry process. Relevant information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by applicable law, for example in response to a lawful request or to address fraud or abuse.
Providers may process information outside your province or country, depending on the service and its configuration. Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws of that location. This policy does not promise that all information remains in Canada.
Retention and security
Inquiry submissions are stored in our contact system. The relevant retention period depends on the purpose of the record, any ongoing correspondence or engagement, and applicable legal requirements. This policy does not specify a fixed automatic deletion period. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion.
The website uses HTTPS and the form includes spam protection. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please limit the personal information you send to what is needed for your inquiry.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent for a use that depends on consent. These requests are subject to applicable law, including any exceptions or recordkeeping requirements. Deletion may not immediately remove information from providers’ backups.
We may need information to verify your identity before responding. If you withdraw information needed to handle an inquiry, we may be unable to continue that discussion. Please tell us if you no longer want follow-up about your request.
Send privacy requests to privacy@ideafridge.com. You can also raise a concern with the relevant privacy regulator, such as the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, depending on which law applies.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own privacy practices. Ideafridge’s site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the website or our information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Any additional notice or consent required by applicable law remains necessary; a policy update alone does not authorize a new use requiring consent.
